Obnoxious Drunks:
Your race responds poorly to traditional beverages. Every year, there is a 10% chance that relations with another race will be damaged by your ill-controlled diplomats. On the bright side, your ground troops are 15% more effective. "Give 'em a bottle of Mad Dog and turn 'em loose Seargeant!"

Bean Counters:
You have a racial obsession with cost-accounting. Everything you buy or build using GCs is 3% cheaper. On the down side, you spend so much time doing paperwork that it takes extra time to build things: nothing on the Q can be finished more than 50% in one year. For a bunch of wierdos who celebrate tax day, you're not that bad.

Arachnophobes:
Your race is very afraid of spiders. They freak you out. All planets are uninhabitable until you spend 100 GCs "despiderforming." On the bright side, lack of cobwebs makes your mothballing efforts twice as efficient as other races. WHAMWHAMWHAMWHAMWHAMWHAM

Conspiracy Theorists:
Paranoid nutcases doesn't even begin to describe your race. No diplomacy menu for you, and spies don't work for or against you. They're all out to get you, and you wouldn't want it any other way.

Monkeys With Typewriters:
Your race isn't actually intelligent - it just appears that way. You're actually just input generators for the advanced yet uncreative AI that is using your race for a front. This means you occasionally produce brilliant work, but most of the time just spout dreck. Every turn, your planetary output is multiplied by a random number - usually it's about -20%, but it sometimes is much better than that. (Up to +100%!) Your ships' fighting abilities are also affected. Alas, I knew him HorAIitoHFD&7))+?[u

Space Bimboes:
Your race is considered sexually desireable by all alien cultures. This gives you a big diplomatic bonus, but jealosy means that this is reduced if you have multiple allies. Allies relations to each other are also seriously weakened. Look at the pseudopods on that!

Hoping to see them in SN :)
