More RT's

Wok the heck, everyone else is doing it. What follows is the most confusing set of RTs I could think of:

Battle Bards:
Your people are inspired by battle. Any year you have a battle in which ships are destroyed your worlds produce 110%, 200% for any planet of yours a battle takes place around. Otherwise, you produce only 75% of normal.

Race Wizards:
You can see everyone's racial design as soon as you meet them. You can shift up to 10 of your own race points around every year. (Or save them up, and change 100 pts worth in 10 years.) If you spend lots of resources, you can do this for your allies. If you spend even more and spy like mad, you can do it to your enemies. You suffer severe diplomatic limitations, due to galactic intolerance of gengeneering. Philistines.

Monsters:
Your race scares children. Severe dipomatic penalties, but minor bonuses to max population and spying due to your love of hiding under beds and in closets. Booga booga.

Cruisers:
Your people love touring around the galactic neighbourhood. All your engines act as ramscoops at warp Sqrt(prop tech)+3. Max speed of all engines reduced by one warp factor. Why hurry?

Nubians:
Your race is extremely young, naive, and annoying. 5% of your orders are randomly screwed up - the maid AI decides what it would do in your position and does that instead. Did I do *that*?

Planetary Scanners:
You have a penscan of every planet in the game from the start. If you own it or orbit it, it's at range 0 for cloaking purposes, otherwise it's at 20% range. Your normal scanning range is halved. All that deep space stuff in unimportant anyway.

Beamers:
Your race gains nourishment from sunlight. Radiation terraforming is half cost and twice as expensive, but rad different from ideal is twice as harmful. Catch some rays, dude.

Jugs:
Your race has a substance abuse problem. You keep this under control through strict racial AA meetings, but enemy spies will have little difficulty subverting your populace. C'mon, just try it.

Blasters:
Your race is overly fond of explosions. Bombs, missiles and mines are more effective, but population growth is halved. BOOOOM< wheeeeeeeeeee *splat*

Destroyers:
When your people are frustrated, they break things. Every time one of your ships is destroyed, a proportional amount of planetary infrastructure will go up in flames as grieving relatives vent thier frustrations. AAARG!

Hope these are fun for someone besides me,
